Brett is home, my belly is full of an amazing meal (roasted winter veggies with ginger, salad [which included our last heirloom tomato], homemade bread and homemade butter), my baby is happily babbling in the next room in her papa’s lap, we’re spending the evening with good friends, the fire is warm, I got a new laptop charger for free today, my family is coming tomorrow…
Yes, it’s a good evening, and I have so much to be thankful for. But, of course, more about that tomorrow. For now, I’m going to enjoy this evening.
